LIFT with Helping Hands👐🏼 is a registered Domestic Non-Profit with the IRS and State of California and has been since 2021. We found that we qualified for 501(c)(3) status in 2021 due to the simple model under which we operate. We are proud of this qualification as not all Non-Profit groups qualify for 501(c)(3) status. For those unfamiliar with the 501(c)(3) process, "qualified" indicates we met the threshold of requirements to elevate to 501(c)(3) status and await final processing and our validated 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.
